These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Kitchen Comfort's website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.
To use certain features of our services, you must create an account. You agree to:

Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.
Payment
Payment is processed securely through Paystack. All prices are in Ghanaian Cedis (₵) and include applicable taxes. Payment must be completed before order processing begins.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. We strive to maintain accurate pricing, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and adjust orders accordingly.
IMPORTANT: We do not offer refunds or returns for any products.
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree that:
- No Refunds: All sales are final. We do not provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to buyer's remorse, change of mind, or product dissatisfaction.
- No Returns: We do not accept returns of any products, regardless of condition or reason.
- No Exchanges: We do not offer product exchanges.
- Defective Products: In the rare case of a defective product, we will assess the issue on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement at our sole discretion.
- Order Cancellation: Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is processed and order processing has begun.

Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, traffic, and courier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and order size. Additional charges may apply for large or heavy items.
Delivery Responsibility
Once an order is delivered to the specified address, we are no longer responsible for the product. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
Product Descriptions
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, colors, or images are accurate, complete, or current.
Product Availability
Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Product Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kitchen Comfort shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of our services.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
